Yes. GameMixer is not yet code-signed. This is a known limitation for indie software. Click "More info" and "Run anyway". The app is safe.
Internet is required for activation, and GameMixer may occasionally verify license status. Paid and lifetime access require the license to remain active.

Start GameMixer and click Start Mixer before launching your game. If the game was already open, restart it after starting the mixer so it picks up the right audio devices.
The Panic Button is an optional quick-trigger sound. Set a key, choose a sound, and GameMixer will play it when pressed. It is not an emergency stop.
Submit your HWID with a trial or paid request. After approval, your license key is sent by email; activation requires internet and binds the key to one device/HWID.
